We also offer end of year portfolio performance reviews.
We will analyze incomes and expenses and determine the portfolio is performing at an unacceptable, acceptable or exceptional level.
Maintenance

Our staff is trained to identify what maintenance is the tenant’s responsibility and what is the owner’s responsibility. We also understand the difference between maintenance and repairs.
