We will analyze incomes and expenses and determine the portfolio is performing at an unacceptable, acceptable or exceptional level.

Our staff is trained to identify what maintenance is the tenant’s responsibility and what is the owner’s responsibility. We also understand the difference between maintenance and repairs. Fine experience so far. Noted lots of accounting errors, tho. Charged us stuff that weren't supposed to be charged to us. We the owners just have to be more diligent in reviewing all the monthly owner statements to ensure accuracy and bring inaccuracies to the Managers attention. Otherwise they have been fine. Responsive on the most part and always pleasant to work with. Since we began (1.5 year), we have had 3 different managers. Bethany has been communicative and responsive. Hope things will be smooth from here...Thank you
