Management Fee

Our management fee is dependent on the plan that you choose.

The management fee includes:

Leasing Fee

Our leasing fee is the equivalent of one month's rent. 

The maximum leasing fee for each plan is $1,500.

The leasing process includes:

  • Performing a Rent Analysis
  • Marketing the Property
  • Coordinating Showings
  • Screening Applicants
  • Preparing the Lease Agreement
  • Collecting the Security Deposit
  • Creating the Detailed Move-In Inspection Report

Renewal Fee

Our lease renewal fee is a one-time fee charged when a resident renews their lease. This is a great benefit of having a quality resident in the rental property. The renewal fee covers the cost of preparing a new lease agreement, screening the resident again if necessary, and coordinating with the resident to ensure a successful lease renewal.

Multifamily Setup Fee

We require a setup fee for each multiunit property we manage. This fee covers the time and effort required to perform a thorough walkthrough and to check inventory on the multifamily building. During the walkthrough, our team inspects the entire property to identify where important items and equipment are located, so we are knowledgeable on the layout of the property and can address any maintenance or emergent concerns as efficiently as possible.

Vendor Bill Mark-Up Fee

The vendor bill mark-up fee is a fee that we charge when we have to process and pay for services provided by third-party vendors. This fee covers the time and costs associated with working with third parties, such as processing wires or ACH payments, check costs, paying property taxes or insurance, and more.
